Information you provide directly: When you submit a booking request, contact form, or call us for a quote, we may collect:

• Your full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Service address (where you need work done)
• City and general location
• Type of service requested and project details
• Preferred service date

Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, standard web server and analytics tools may collect:

• IP address and general geographic location (city/state level)
• Browser type and version
• Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Pages visited and time spent on the site
• Referring URL (how you found our site)
• Date and time of your visit

We do not directly collect or store payment card numbers. If payment processing is added in the future, it will be handled exclusively by a PCI-compliant third-party processor.

02 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To fulfill your service request — scheduling delivery, confirming your booking, and coordinating logistics for your job
• To communicate with you — following up on quotes, confirming appointments, sending invoices, and responding to questions
• To improve our website — understanding how visitors use the site so we can make it easier to navigate and more useful
• To comply with legal obligations — maintaining business records as required by Colorado law and federal DOT regulations applicable to our MC authority
• For basic business analytics — understanding which services and service areas are in demand so we can plan our operations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or targeted advertising.

03 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period.

We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — We use Formspree to process online booking form submissions. Formspree receives the data you submit through the form on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io.
• Legal compliance — We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to cooperate with a legitimate government investigation.
• Business transfer — In the unlikely event that RHS is sold or merged with another business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We would notify you of any such change.

No other third parties receive your personal information from RHS.

04 Third-Party Tools & Services

Our website uses a small number of third-party tools that may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:

• Google Fonts — Our website loads fonts from Google's servers. Google may log the request (including your IP address) as part of serving the font files. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Formspree — Our booking and contact forms submit data to Formspree for delivery to us. See formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
• Web hosting / server logs — Our web host automatically logs standard access data (IP address, browser, page requested) for security and performance monitoring purposes.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tracking scripts. If this changes, we will update this policy.

05 Cookies

Our website does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. Your browser may cache static assets (images, fonts, stylesheets) for performance — this is standard browser behavior and does not involve any tracking.

If we add cookie-based tools in the future, we will update this policy and add an appropriate cookie notice.

06 Data Retention

We retain customer contact and service information for as long as is reasonably necessary to:

• Fulfill your service and maintain your account history
• Comply with applicable tax and business record-keeping requirements (typically 7 years)
• Resolve disputes or enforce agreements

07 Your Rights

You have the right to:

Colorado residents may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), including the right to opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell data), the right to correct inaccurate data, and the right to appeal our response to a privacy request. We will respond to verifiable privacy requests within 45 days, with an extension of up to 45 additional days where necessary.

08 Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults (18+) and business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

09 Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include using HTTPS encryption on our website and limiting who within our business has access to customer data.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you promptly if we become aware of any breach that affects your personal information.
